This course introduces the features and functionalities in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 that can be used to customize User Profiles. This course also covers configuration and code requirements and associated features, such as LDAP and ADAM, for implementing MOSS 2007 User Profile management features.
Objectives:
- Import users into the user profile store from an LDAP store
- Create a profile in the user profile store
- Manipulate profile properties
- Display all colleagues for a given user
- Add a distribution list to a new membership
- Display results from the user profile change log
