This course shows learners how to support and troubleshoot hard disks and explores available options under Windows XP for creating partitions, formatting drive volumes, and managing disk administration.

- Use the Disk Defragmenter and Disk Cleanup wizards
- Use convert.exe to convert a FAT volume to NTFS
- Use diskpart.exe to manage disk drives and volumes from the command line
