e-LearningCenter's online training courses take place wherever your
computer is: at home, at work, on the road -- anywhere you can connect
to the Internet.
TOP
When does my class meet?
Technically there are no class times. You can log onto the system
whenever it is convenient for you, at any time, day or night, to take
a course, or just part of a course. You don't have to be online at
a set time of day.

How do I return to my place in
the free course?
Unfortunately, the free courses are set up on a shared access, which
prevents the global bookmarking feature from working. The best way
to return to your place in the course is to go through the free course
gateway page, start the course that you were taking, then click on
the "Course Outlines" tab on the right side of the course
window. Use this course outline to select the Unit you were taking
last to return to that Unit in the course.
The paid courses have a global bookmarking feature which will always
allow you to return to the last page you exited from.

Will you send me books, CDs,
DVDs, or PDF files?
All of our training materials are online, web-based courses which
are only available through the Internet. We do not have any material
that we can send to you by postal mail or by e-mail. Our courses are
not available on CD or DVD and cannot be downloaded and taken offline.

How much time do I get to complete a course?

you need to complete the course. You may also complete the course
as quickly as you want to also, or skip sections of courses where
you are already proficient. There is no time limit on how long you

Will I receive a
certificate of completion for taking these courses?
Certificates of completion are not available for our free courses.
Certificates of completion are only available for successfully
completing courses from one of our paid subscriptions.
Our free courses are set up on a "shared" access with many
people accessing the same courses at the same time. This shared access
prevents us from being able to offer a certificate of completion for
people taking the free courses.
We set the free courses up on shared access to allow a greater number
of people to take one of our free courses. Our paid subscriptions
are set up on individual access and every course completed leads to
a certificate of completion.
For the courses in our paid subscriptions, yes, you can download
and print out a certificate of completion for each course completed.
The certificate is professionally designed, you can use high quaility
paper, and it is personalized with your name, the title of the course,
the date the course was completed, and signed by the president of
our training provider.
TOP
Do I get any kind of credit for taking these
courses?
No, there is no type of credit or certificate available for the free
courses. CEU's are not available for the free courses.
TOP
How do I see my scores?
Accurate scores and transcripts are only available for courses
from paid subscriptions. The free courses do not accurate
keep the students scores.
TOP
Can I return directly to my last page completed
the next time I login?
Yes, in two ways:
The courses automatically use a global bookmark to mark the last page
you were working on. This happens automatically when you click the
EXIT button in the toolbar. Then the next time you sign on with your
UserID and Password and select that course, you will be taken to the
marked location where you left off. This global bookmarking feature
works even if your next log in is from another computer.
You can also bookmark the last page worked on by adding it to your
Bookmarks or Favorites on your individual browser. However this type
of bookmark would not take you to where you last left off if your
next log in is on a different computer, hence a different browser.
And you will still need to go to the Training section front page first
to log-in.

Can I run the courses on a Mac?
Since Internet Explorer for Windows is the only browser which supports
all of the technolgy in the courses, Mac and Linux operating systems
will have problems unless Virtual PC or other Windows simulation program
is used.

What makes these online courses high quality?
Our e-learning courses are based on sound principles, from extensive
research in instructional design, adult learning and information processing.
All online training courses are designed so that new knowledge and

Each subscription is divided into courses. Courses are divided into
